Quintina Huff is the Founder and CEO of Destined for More Consulting, a consulting agency rooted in the belief of turning pain into purpose. With years of proven success in behavioral health compliance, organizational development, and Joint Commission accreditation, Quintina brings a results-driven and mission-focused approach to every organization she serves.
Quintina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and two Master’s degrees one in Criminal Behavior and another in Justice Administration. She also brings over 10 years of experience working in correctional facilities, a background that reflects her strong organizational skills, consistency, structured leadership style, and deep understanding of complex systems.
In addition, Quintina has served as a Compliance Officer for multiple agencies, ensuring organizations not only meet regulatory requirements but achieve and maintain the Gold Star Standard of quality, safety, and accountability. Her diverse professional experience allows her to approach compliance with both precision and practicality.
Through her leadership, passion, and expertise, Quintina empowers organizations to build sustainable, compliant, and high-performing programs transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and excellence.
